Connected Communities NSW is dedicated to easing the challenges faced by individuals experiencing hardship, including those disadvantaged, living with acute disabilities, facing poverty, and enduring social isolation due to multiple oppressions.

Our mission extends to providing support for the elderly, individuals coping with frailty, dementia and other specific societal challenges.

Through collaboration with charities, government agencies and community stakeholders, Connected Communities NSW aims to make a significant impact in alleviating suffering. Together, we can create positive change for those in need.
